a hoped for simpler response Re: nettime: dns is a distributed database


you say no two people can book the same seat.  The reason that they can't
his that somewhere someone is keeping an authoritative list of what seats
are available and what aren't.... Now the information on the list may well
be distributed but someone single entity has to have the over all
authority for its maintenance.  why should  it be you and not IHAC?

If this reasoning is wrong please explain with precision WHY.
