your problem is familiar, but why not put these images on a website or at
an ftp location where those people who want them can download them? why do
these ascii lists have to be burdened with images when there are other,
better media for them? imagine the amount of traffic created on the
internet by attachments that the recipients don't want? or only by the
html-code added to small e-mail messages? you could probably run a small
country on the energy used net-wide for vcf cards ;-)

keep it small.
