VÄ aÈteptÄm sÃmbÄtÄ, 15 martie, la Centrul Claca din BucureÈti (Fabrica Pionierul, Ãn capÄt, la stÃnga) de la ora 19.00, pentru a sÄrbÄtori ÃmpreunÄ 1 an de la apariÈia Gazetei de ArtÄ PoliticÄ<http://artapolitica.ro/>, dar Èi carnavalul de Purim*, cu mÄÈti, costume, vin Èi humÄntaÈen. Gazeta de ArtÄ PoliticÄ <http://artapolitica.ro/> este o publicatie independentÄ Èi autofinanÈatÄ, cu apariÅie trimestrialÄ, care se distribuie gratuit. G.A.P. Èi-a propus sÄ fie o platformÄ de dialog despre rolul Èi dimensiunea socialÄ Èi politicÄ ale artei. Ãn primul an de activitate echipa Èi colaboratorii G.A.P. au organizat ÃntÃlniri, dezbateri Èi proiecÈii de film, au scris Èi tradus articole pe subiecte legate de artÄ Èi/sau politicÄ, au contribuit la realizarea primei ediÈii a Stagiunii de Teatru Politic, Èi au editat patru numere tematice: Arta Ãn luptÄ cu sistemele politice (februarie 2013); Munca Åi muncitorii: reprezentÄri, contexte Èi relaÈii Ãn instituÈiile artistice (Mai 2013); Ce fel de artÄ pentru publicul tÃnÄr? (septembrie 2013); Arta categoriilor Èi grupurilor excluse (decembrie 2013). Petrecerea are ca scop strÃngerea de fonduri pentru publicarea numÄrului 5 din Gazeta de ArtÄ PoliticÄ: ArtÄ Èi Gentrificare. VÄ aÈteptÄm la aniversare: un an de G.A.P. Ãn spiritul Purimului, sÄrbÄtoarea veseliei Èi a vinului, a generozitÄÈii Èi a solidaritÄÈii. Dar Ãn principal a vinului. The party is a fundraiser for issue 5 of the Gazeta de ArtÄ PoliticÄ, whose theme is Art and Gentrification. -- G.A.P.: The One-Year Anniversary On Saturday, March 15th, at Centrul Claca (Fabrica Pionierul) we invite you to join the GAP team & friends in celebrating the one-year anniversary of the G.A.P. and the Purim* holiday, with masks, costumes and the like. The party is a fundraiser for issue 5 of the Gazeta de ArtÄ PoliticÄ, whose theme is Art and Gentrification. G.A.P. is an independent and self-financed quarterly that is distributed free of charge. Throughout the past year, G.A.P. has organized many discussions and gatherings and has tried to be a platform of debate about politically engaged art. The theme of the 1st issue (February 2013) was Art Up Against Political Systems, of the 2nd issue (May 2013) Labor and Laborers: Representations, Contexts and Relations in Art Institutions, of the 3rd issue (September 2013) What Kind of Art For Young Audiences? and of the 4th issue (December 2013) Art with/for Excluded Groups. We hope to celebrate this landmark moment with you: one year of G.A.P., in the spirit of the Purim holiday, a celebration of wine, happiness, generosity and solidarity. But mostly wine. [As you can plainly see from all of the above, the G.A.P. team, despite trying very hard, lacks imagination as well as a sense of humor. Therefore, we would like to see as many of you as possible at the party, so we can cover up this embarrassing shortage.
