Dragii mei,

Dupa cum stiti deja, de aproape o saptamana se desfasoara festivalul "Puzzle
Project" intr-unul din cele mai populate locuri ale Bucurestiului - la
"Motoare". Va invit sa treceti pe-acolo, in acest week-end, unde multe din
lucrarile din cadrul taberei de creatie sunt gata. Alaturi de Sorin Tara,
Alex Ciubotariu, George Bodocan, Cuzina, Patrick Wagner si altii - expun o
lucrare dedicata ...bicicletelor.

Impartasind sentimentele urbane in 2006 si intrebandu-ne daca exista
conflicte in 2007, am ajuns in acest an sa dedicam proiectul tuturor  prin
tema atasata numelui ..."Cu dragoste".

Dupa ce, in anii precendenti, peretele de pe terasa de la Motoare a ramas
semnat de artisti din Romania, Moldova, USA, Olanda, Anglia, Spania,
Germania, Palestina, Israel, Croatia si Turcia, in 2008 galeria
neconventionala de pe terasa se va intregii ca si puzzle cultural cu inca
alte 20 de proiecte ale invitatilor de anul acesta, straini si romani.

"Puzzle Project, with love" este editia a III-a din 2008. Tema "....with
love" este, ca in fiecare an, una generoasa atat pentru participantii din
tara si strainatate cat si pentru vizitatorii terasei. Ca si cele ce au
precedat-o se refera la diversitate, universalitate si toleranta prin
cunoastere.
Tabara de creatie, atelierele deschise publicului si deci echipa Puzzle
Project va invita  si anul acesta pe "Motoare", deasupra Teatrului National
din Bucuresti intre 15 si 22 Iunie.
Proiectul va avea ca invitati 20 de tineri artisti. Ca si anii anteriori,
cei acceptati in proiect vor picta timp de o saptamana cate o portiune de
1.60m/3m din zidul exterior de pe terasa.

Pentru vizitatorii terasei vom avea actiuni menite sa-i incurajeze sa-si dea
frau liber creativitatii si sa se recreeze in cadrul a diferite
workshop-uri. Pentru a vedea imagini din editiile anterioare va rugam sa

Aplicarea se face online. Fiecare artist trebuie sa trimita documentele
amintite mai jos la adresa de email puzzleprojectbucharest@gmail.com intr-un
singur mesaj cu subiectul "Aplicatie".
Limita de varsta : intre 18 si 35 de ani
Deadline-ul pentru primirea aplicatiilor : 20 mai 2008
Documente necesare:
- CV
- Portofoliu si minimum 5 pana la maximum 10 fotografii cu proiecte si/sau
lucrari
- Schita a lucrarii ce urmeaza a fi realizata conform temei propuse
- Lista a materialor necesare (daca sunt altele decat cele necesare in
general picturii)

Specificatii:
Materialele necesare vor fi asigurate de catre organizatori.
Toate proiectele trebuie sa respecte dimensiunile spatiului de lucru alocat:
perete exterior de 1.6 m/3 m (inclusiv instalatiile, care vor fi montate
ulterior pe perete). De asemenea ar trebui luat in considerare ca spatiul de
lucru se afla la aproximativ 6 - 9m inaltime, deci lucrarile ar trebui
gandite in asa fel incat sa fie vizibile de la nivelul terasei.
Toate documentele necesare aplicarii vor fi trimise intr-un singur email.


Cazarea, cat si o masa pe zi vor fi asigurate de catre organizatori.

We shared urban feelings in 2006. In 2007 we challenged conflicts. This year
the project has an open hearted dedication, being sent "...with love" to
everybody.
Following the works done last years by artists from Romania, Moldova, USA,
the Netherlands, UK, Spain, Germany, Palestine, Israel, Croatia and Turkey,
in 2008 we expect the unconventional gallery on the walls of the Motoare
Terrace to be completed – as in a cultural puzzle – with 20 more projects to
be done by our Romanian and foreign guests.
"Puzzle Project, with love" 2008  is the 3rd edition. Once again, the annual
theme is generous for both artists and visitors. In line with the previous
ones, it is about diversity, universality and knowledge-acquired tolerance.
The workshop, the public open events and the Puzzle Project team's kind
invitation are good reasons for you to visit the Motoare Terrace, on top of
the National Theatre in Bucharest between 15 and 22 June 2008.
20 young artists will be invited. For a week, each of them will paint in
front of your eyes on a 1.6 per 3 m area on the outer wall.
As far as visitors are concerned, we'll develop activities to stimulate
their creativity and let them enjoy themselves while attending different

 The application procedure is online, every artist shall send the requested
documents below at the following e-mail address :
puzzleprojectbucharest@gmail.com in one single message with the subject
"Application".
 Age limit: 18 to 35 years old
Application receiving deadline: May 20th 2008

Requested documents:

- CV
- Portfolio including minimum 5 to maximum 10 photos of artistic projects
and/or artworks
- Sketch of the project intended to be done according to the theme
- List of all the needed materials (if other than general painting
materials)

Specifications:

The working materials shall be supplied by the organizers.
All the projects are supposed and expected to fit the provided workspace:
1.6 m/3m exterior wall (including installations which will be mounted on the
wall). You should also take into consideration the fact that the working
space is at about 6m to 9m high from the level of the terrace. Thus the
works should be designed as to be seen from the terrace.
All the requested documents shall be sent in one email message.
Accommodation and one meal per day shall be supplied by the organizers.
