*Breaking the game* ::* Workspace Unlimited*, SAT partner with their Virtual
World of Art, is currently organizing *Breaking the Game*, a series of
interdisciplinary workshops and online symposium that bring together
competing theorists and practitioners to build, debate and reflect on
virtual worlds, computer gaming, immersive technologies, and new
possibilities for artistic practice and experience.
Taking place both online and offline, the workshops will open up the art of
game modification to the contingencies of everyday life, where virtual
technologies increasingly mediate physical spaces and human movements in
very complex and dynamic ways.

The next *Rencontres internationales Paris/Berlin* will take place in Berlin
in September 2006 and in Paris in November 2006.
All individuals or organizations can submit one or several proposals to the
programming team of the festival. The *call for entry* is open to cinema,
video and multimedia cycles, without any restriction of length or genre.

*Le Pavillon*, Artistic Research lab of the *Palais de Tokyo*, contemporary
creation site in Paris, is recruiting its seventh promotion of young artists
and professionals in Contemporaray Arts from all geographical origins for a
period of 8 months from November 2007 to June 2008.
The main goal of the program is to offer to young professionals (artists,
architects, choreographers, art critics, researcher, curators, writers,
editors, galerists, graphic designers) working in Contemporary Arts a place
for pluridisciplinary exchanges and experimentation within the same
institution in France.
