<nettime> FW: Your Amazon.com order (#002-5101988-4914214)

Interesting, after all of that discussion about Amazon deciding not to
carry this book and then reversing their decision, I ordered one only to
be told it is not available. Has anyone been able to get this book from
Amazon, or did they pull a fast one here?
