<nettime> Oslo -meeting

Today Norwegain media reported that the Norwegian minister of foreign
affairs and OSSE leader Knut Wollebęk will have a meeting with USA and
Russia in Oslo at tuesday about the possibilities of a peace process for
Yugoslavia. Anybody else heard about it? 

We could also read the diary notes of a serbian academic writing from
Beograd. Seems like the newspapers here are turning to a more humanistic
coverage of this war.
