Re: <nettime> Open call: Technoshamanism encounter in Aarhus, Denmark

Just a brief follow-up to the call:

The event was a success. It was a strong confluence of permaculture, Amerindian shamanism and hacker spirit, located in our hacker space in Aarhus, involving a healing sound ritual with the participants' harmonies supported by frequencies composed in source code.

There are pictures from the event here:

Sound from day one here, with talks on nature and permaculture, technoshamanism and waste and Amerindian perspectivism, afrofuturism and the ritual:

Sound from day two, with talks and lots of discussions on cultural scripting, greenhouse IT, sustainability and strategies to support the homeless - and a noise concert:

A lot of people turned up who had never seen each other before, and we had many vibrant disucssions.
