With Uday's seizure of about $1 billion in Euros and USdollars--that's 
3 tractor trailer loads--I would guess that we may start getting some 
sweet deals and offers from the people in the region.  After scattering 
the Taliban last year, some people received a 419 scam offer from a 
"Special Forces" soldier who stumbled on to a large cache of heroin 
money and needed help to get it out.

Time to watch George Clooney in  "Three Kings" again (probably the only 
Hollywood movie to give some voice to Iraqi complaints about the US.
