This is something Wolfgang, Walter and I have talked about in terms of
thing.net. How to get certain organizations and institutions to "put their
money where their mouth is" in regards to choosing an ISP. Especially
after Geert's report on the situation in Amsterdam.

Perhaps we could come up with some local solutions that may be applicable
to larger situations?
