Syndicate: anonymous postings

i don't know about the current problems with authorship, identity and
messages in relation to central european problematics. however, i
temporarily installed a message board where people can leave anonymous
messages. this might be ridiculous and pathetic, but then again, it might
be of use... i really don't know.
