Syndicate: a fast film festival in texas

the film festival will be held on july 18, at 9pm-1998.
the entry deadline is july 13-but overseas entries deadline can be july 17.

there are no entry fees or applications.  all works should be short.
multiple works will be considered.  all film and video work should be
submitted on vhs-1/2 american format video tape, as we are going to project
works using a video projector to a large 20' x 30' screen outdoors.  the
event is free and open to the public.
