Syndicate: An example of small scale funding



This posting was circulated a little while ago by a colleague with the 
statement "Artists resident outside of England are not eligible to apply".

I would like to add that artists from any country working in partnership with
England-based publishers or visual arts organisations *could* be eligible 
for this scheme. The grants are for up to Å?5000.  I can be contacted at 
the Arts Council for further discussion.
