These are a part of the TranzIndex project, which is realized in cooperation 
with Concept Foundation ? Soros Open Network Romania and  with the help of Pro 
Helvetia Foundation. The project is focused on media theory, creation and critic 
and it propose to launch a debate around the censorship and the freedom of 
expression.
