* Illuminations' Inhabited Television experiment with BSkyB's consumer
technology channel [.tv], AGES OF AVATAR, continues on the web.  AGES OF
AVATAR, which is a research project also involving BT, Microsoft, and the
University of Nottingham, offers one possible configuration for the truly
convergent media of the near future.  Full details, including registration
