The Film/Video area of the Media and Performing Arts Department is
seeking a highly motivated Video Artist for a full-time, tenure track
position starting Fall, 2002.  Applicants should posses:  a strong
portfolio, appropriate experience and commitment to teaching, knowledge
of video or history, understanding of all aspects of analog and digital
video including video installation, digital cinema, compositing and
studio and film production. Experience with non-linear editing and
web-based applications also required. MFA strongly preferred.  Position
resides within the rapidly evolving MPA Department in which
opportunities for team teaching and curriculum development abound.
