SUBMISSION GUIDELINES FOR
FotoFest 2004: WATER
Please follow these guidelines. If submission guidelines are not followed, we will have to return the work without review.
FotoFest will stop accepting submissions at the end of April 2003.

Submissions MUST involve a single, coherent body of work. No more than two bodies of work should be submitted by a single artist.
Submissions MUST follow the following guidelines:
1. DISKS AND CDS
- PC FORMAT ONLY
- MAC FORMAT WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED.
- Disks or CDs labeled with ARTIST NAME, TITLE OF WORK, AND DATE.
- Images need to be JPEG.
- Specify program and compatibility.
- Note if includes sound.
- Image list must accompany submission with ARTIST NAME, TITLE OF WORK, MEDIUM, SIZE, AND DATE
2. SLIDES
- Minimum of 20 image. Maximum of 40 images.
- Must be labeled with ARTIST NAME, INDICATION OF TOP OR ORIENTATION OF IMAGE, TITLE OF WORK, DATE, AND NUMBER reference to slide list.
- Slide list must accompany slides with ARTIST NAME, TITLE OF WORK, MEDIUM, SIZE, DATE, AND NUMBER corresponding to each image.
3. PRINTS
- Minimum of 15-20 images. Maximum of 40 images.
- NO EXHIBIT PRINTS.
- No larger than 8 x 10.
- Each print or laser copy must be labeled with ARTIST NAME, TITLE, MEDIUM, SIZE, AND DATE.
4. VIDEO
- Prefer NTSC format
- All tapes must be labeled with ARTIST NAME, TITLE OF WORK, AND DATE.
5. EMAILS
- NO submissions are accepted by email. THEY WILL BE DELETED!
6. ARTIST INFORMATION
- Artist Statement: Maximum of 2 pages.
- Must include details of installation and any special framing or installation needs.
- CV and Resume.
7. FOR RETURN OF SUBMISSIONS
- Postage and self-addressed envelope MUST be included. NO POSTAGE, NO RETURN!!!
- NATIONAL ARTISTS - a self addressed envelope must be included with postage.
- INTERNATIONAL ARTISTS - prepaid postage coupons purchased at post office can be sent or Fed-Ex Receipt filled out with sender's personal account number.
