Programas como Musicbox, Carillon Editor & Littlesounddj han abierto el camino para crear musica en el Gameboy, mientras la communidad de Micromusic han ayudado con el distribucion online y offline. Nanoloop y Nullsleep son musicos ke han unidos sus pasiones para los juegos, la programación y la musica en esta consola mitica.
