Net.  

Accordingly, CNN's Peter Arnett now works for a Web news service (after
getting burned in the CNN/CBS "Tailwind" blowup) and . . . quality
intelligence briefings are available to all (that's you!) at:

Stratfor is a private intelligence service based in Austin, Texas which
apparently uses its detailed public Web offerings to leverage private
consultations, book sales and the like.

Written up by Time Magazine in January, Stratfor is undoubtedly making
great strides in growing its audience during the present conflict. The
