<nettime> Montenegro pulls out

Montenegrin president Milo Djukanovic announced that Montenegro will 
pull its men out from Yugoslav Army if  Milosevic takes Yugoslavia 
into a conflict with Western powers. This is the closest threat of 
secession so far.
