<nettime> SecureOffice Challenge

[Original to the Cypherpunks mailing list. The BXA is the U.S Bureau 
of Export Administration, the agency in charge of enforcing the U.S. 
gov's ban on exporting strong cryptographic software. "SecureOffice" 
seems to be a 168-bit Triple-DES encryption program that works with 
MS Office or OLE server apps on Win95 and Pentium-based NT. This is
not an ad for or endorsement of the software; it's a report of what
might be a civil-disobedience action a la the PGP release or RSA in 
5 line of perl. More U.S. web sites have made it available since.-T]
