 Why this long disclaimer? FACTNet Inc. (Fight Against Coercive
 Tactics Network Inc.) faces tremendous opposition in its efforts
 to serve as an electronic public lending library, secure preservational
 archive, and forum for dialog on coercive mind control and cultic
 groups. To protect ourselves from frivolous and malicious lawsuits
 we must include this disclaimer agreement with any information
 faxed or mailed or otherwise transferred from FACTNet to any
 individual or organization.  Please read it carefully because
 you are agreeing to it if you keep the documents we provided.

 1.) If you not willing to agree to and comply with the conditions
 of this F.A.C.T.Net disclaimer, please immediately return all

 Inc., any affiliated entities, nor any of its information providers
 offer any warranties, expressed or implied, concerning the performance
 of the F.A.C.T.Net information network or the veracity of information
 available or transferred through F.A.C.T.Net. All information
 is provided to F.A.C.T.Net library cardholders or F.A.C.T.Net's
 service users on an "as is" basis and all use of such information
 for any purpose is at the library cardholder's or F.A.C.T.Net
 service user's sole risk.

 4.) You acknowledge that statements made in any documents do
 not necessarily represent the views or opinions of the F.A.C.T.Net
 organization.

 5.) You acknowledge that, as with other nonprofit lending libraries
 and presevational archives, unless otherwise specified on the
 document by the document's author, no document in F.A.C.T.Net's
 archive may be sold or resold without the expressed written
 consent of the original document's author and/or copyright holder.

 6.) You acknowledge that none of F.A.C.T.Net's fixed service
 contributions are for copyright use of any document. All service
 charges are for document handling or lending , to cover only
 labor, materials, equipment, copying, phone, handling, and/or
 electronic transmission or other operating costs involved in
 getting the original document typed or scanned into the library
 and archive, organizational overhead necessary for maintaining
 the library and archive services, or costs transmitting the
 document to the requesting party. Copyrights, copyright fees,
 and copyright controls, as with all nonprofit public service
 libraries or preservational archives, remain exclusively with
 the document's author/copyright holder unless otherwise specified
 by that person.

 7.) You acknowledge that F.A.C.T.Net will not be responsible
 for any damages you suffer. This includes loss of data resulting
 from delays, nondeliveries, misdeliveries, or service interruptions
 caused by its own negligence or your errors or omissions.

 8.) You acknowledge that you agree that F.A.C.T.Net will not
 be responsible to you for any indirect, consequential, special,
 or punitive damages or losses you may incur in connection with
 any of the data or other materials transmitted to you, even
 if we have been advised of the possibility of such damage or
 loss. In addition, you agree to defend and indemnify us and
 hold us harmless from and against any and all claims, proceedings,
 damages, injuries, liabilities, losses, costs and expenses (including
 reasonable attorney fees) relating to any acts by you involving
 any materials or information transmitted to you by F.A.C.T.Net,
 if such materials lead wholly or partially to any claims against
 us by third parties.

 9.) Finally, You acknowledge that if you discover errors or
 problems of any nature in any document you will report such
 problems. We always will correct independently verifiable errors
 and/or post appropriate notices in our electronic libraries.
