Dear Nettime,
Here I am after twelve years of lurking, writing my first ever submission
to nettime.

It is a modest invitation on behalf of Judy Freya Sibayan, an artist based
in Manila whose work since the 1990s has been an ongoing series of
*self-institutions,* starting with the Scapular Gallery Nomad, an art space
which she wore on her chest from 1997 to 2002.
Followed over the years by PDF journals, whispered museums, performances of
circulation and concentration among peers.

2024 sees the inauguration of the first Ctrl+P Journal/Biennale of
Contemporary Art, three years in the making, featuring 8 curators and
80-something artists.
A simple, bedeviling format. And particular and deep.
