Dear all,
all your responses so far to the campaign to ban X in the EU, which only launched last Friday, have been exetremely interesting and encouraging. Finally there is a debate about what’s to be done with X.

As an European citizen, I always asked myself why institutional webpages
include free publicity to these media. As an example, scroll down the
European Parliament webpage [1], European Commission [2] or, for my
case, Spaniards, Spanish Congress [3].
Sometimes I think that big campaigns are useless and that nearly silent
actions are more effective.
Thus, what about exercising a petition to each of our institutions where
an X stands, asking for its removal?
The petition of removal may be complemented by a Freedom of Information
Act asking for the documentation related to who adopted the measure.
Sometime ago I asked the European Commission on the documentation on
accepting the terms and conditions of Twitter and the response I
received was: none [4].
