It is currently being massively staged in most of the developed world, courtesy of the runaway virus and runaway authorities. Divorce rates are skyrocketing, and psychotics finally feel adjusted.
In the beginning, there was a frantic exchange of isolation-related humor. Then it stopped. Apparently, the Hell is one place where humor doesn't work. 

And the message being piped is, "it will never be the same again". No exit.
