The answer is of course no.

But that's not the question/ proposals here - the question is only
"how do we best handle justice, in the face of allegations".

If an alleged rapist is proven to be such, his code will not be
removed, but he will probably be removed from position of authority
in organisations, due to public outcry at least. The organisation has
a duty of care to other people in the organisation, and to the public
when the employees of that organisation are sent into the public.

How best to handle these organisational issues is the question, how to
best provide for (potential) victims of an alleged perpetrator, whilst
also providing for an alleged perpetrator to handle false allegations.

Even someone convicted of a crime, could still contribute code from
behind bars possibly, or once out from bars, though may need a
pseudonym to avoid public backlash.
