Waaaaoooow! The Return of Paul Garin! (is he still around?) Name.Space was indeed the first thing I tought about when the Unifiedroot story came up: (post to the hippies list) Owner Erik Seeboldt makes a lot of noise, but I don't see any difference with Paul Garin's 'name.space' project (which flopped) http://www.unifiedroot.com/ (it's a company with an 'agitated' past anyway...) (eg http://tweakers.net/nieuws/41757/olsthoorn-onderzoekt-unifiedroot-en-unidt-zaak.html - in D-Dutch) Name.Space says: "We hope we can resolve all of this amicably," said Mashinsky. "We're not trying to throw a monkey wrench into the process." Well, I guess they don't have the very deep pockets needed to litigate against ICANN ...
