Looks like acute case of elective blindness to me.

Occupy movement has a very well defined and easy to comprehend demand: 

The top 1% is to be stripped of its power and wealth. 

It has been spelled out, in capital letters. It doesn't get any simpler than this, and it has been done many times in the recorded history. 

So why are all these brilliant un-boxed minds looking for "demands", is a more fascinating subject than the Occupy thingie itself.
