Re: <nettime> New Book Information |
I'm supposed to *buy* an anti-capitalist book on "Zones of Proletarian Development" (from, of all places, Amazon, one of the canonical embodiments of contemporary networked global capital)? I can't download the PDF from the BitTorrent network (site of collaborative distribution and reciprocal engagement)? As much as I wish to support authors of publishers of such books (and as interested as I am to read this one in particular), a grad student's stipend (and tolerance for tragic irony) only goes so far. # distributed via <nettime>: no commercial use without permission # <nettime> is a moderated mailing list for net criticism, # collaborative text filtering and cultural politics of the nets # more info: http://mail.kein.org/mailman/listinfo/nettime-l # archive: http://www.nettime.org contact: nettime@kein.org
