Para 129a, that allows some special niceties, "from surveillance to 
Stammheim" sotosay, is not only usefull to jail "real terrorists", but 
also to impress "maybe terrorists" and what constitutes a "maybe 
terrorist", what justifies those niceties, is vague. There may be no 
"witchhunt" in a modern society, but we also dont know, contrary to 
popular believes, what the police really knows.
