<nettime> Time Patrol in Belgrade

The Time Patrol project by János Sugár (HU) was
realized first in Budapest, 2003
(http://www.ludwigmuseum.hu/moszkvater/projekt_sugar.htm)
and then in Zagreb, 2004
(http://www.urbanfestival.hr/04/eng/projects/janos.html).
It will be launched on July 25th in Belgrade, as
part of 'Areas of Negotiations' - the Belgrade
Summer Festival visual arts program. Between July
25 - 29th , near the entrance to Kalemegdan park,
one of the most frequented pedestrian spots in
the city, stands a caravan where anyone who can
dictate uninterruptedly for a minimum of 10
minutes receives 500 din. The texts are
transcribed, and soon thereafter published as a
simple paper entitled Time Patrol (as has already
been done in Budapest and Zagreb), which will be
available there on the square for 80 din after
August 5th.
