Re: <nettime> copy adorno, go to jail? textz.com doesn't think so

I ask me how they calculated the damage, but this is not the problem.
The problem is also not copyright per se, I like it, it has so many
exceptions, more than DRM. But how it is used. The problem is, that the
owner or not is not a real person with real interests, so he wouldnt care
at all, it is not really a damage for him, if some files in ASCII are
flying around in the net, but sotosay "a teacher" doing some "l'art pour
l'art" case. I ask myself, if this type of behavious, executing a
right without having anything of it, isnt covered by the regulations
against "Schikane".

And the pity is, that if we learn to know him a little bit more closer in
this case, doesnt affct this knowledge also other cases? Wasnt he as
pedantic as he is now in them too?

The money which is in the Stiftung, where does it come from? German
soldiers etc smoking R6 in Stalingrad? Is this covered too?

Smoking anyway, there is some dirt.

What would Adorno think of this story?
I fear he was "a teacher" too, wasnt he?
