well, Greenpeace recently produced an interesting report in that vein,
entitled "Future Technologies, Today's Choices. Nanotechnology,
Artificial Intelligence and Robotics; A technical, political and
institutional map of emerging technologies."

it it quite sober, informed (IMHO, see also Centre for Responsible
