If you will be attending the E-Democracy conference in Bielefeld,
Germany please drop me a note <clift@publicus.net>.  I'll arrive on
Saturday and leave very early Tuesday morning.  Perhaps early
arriving DO-WIRE subscribers can meet informally Saturday night or
more likely Sunday for lunch.

Also, the week after the Wired for Change conference - Wednesday,
November 15 and Thursday, November 16 I will be in DC for informal
"What next?" discussions and perhaps some sort of a brown bag on
