<nettime> Burning posts

There is a post today on nettime stating that the Burn site was housed
at UCSD, a PRIVATE institution.  While the privatization of the
University of California is not inconceivable, given the "structural
adjustments" that continue to be imposed on citizens even in this
country, at  the present time the august institution of the University
of California, San Diego, is still a public university funded by the
California state government.
