As written in the letter below, T-deus was selected for Guestfile of FILES
04 Sao Paulo, Brasil. I will sign an authorization for the  "eventual"
utilisation of the site for the promotion of the festival. I hope you'll
agree with it.

Guestfile de FILE 04 Sao Paulo, Brasil.
Je dois d'urgence signer une autorisation pour l'utilisation "eventuelle" du
site dans le cadre de la promo du festival.

Dear Tamara Laï,
 
Subsequent to a deep research that the FILE electronic language
international festival organizers have done on the web, we discovered
the importance to have expressive references showing during the 2004
event. In that sense we have no doubt that "Portrait de Dieu /
portrait of God"

would be a value contribution to be shown as one of the reference of
the Media Art evolution. The committee expressed great interest in
these works and is convinced that it will prove valuable for the
Brasilian community of electronic artists, academics and researchers.

This year, the FILE-2004 International Electronic Language Festival is
holding its exhibition event from November 22nd to Dec.12th-, 2004 at
the SESI Art Gallery, on Paulista Avenue in downtown of São Paulo
city. The FILE Symposium will be hold at the British Council
auditorium from Nov. 23rd- to Nov. 26th-, 2004.

The festival committee has selected works that focus on emerging
characteristics of electronic culture such as interactivity,
immersion, artificial intelligence and artificial life. In addition
FILE aims to promote international exchange with researchers,
programmers, producers and theorists in electronic language, so that
the festival becomes an important axis of activity and reflection in
Brazil and more broadly, in South America. Our goal is to create a
meeting place and to provoke lively dialogue about digital-culture and
international electronic art relationships.
