RETURNS & EXCHANGES VF Solutions strives to ensure your total satisfaction. We guarantee our products to be free from all manufacturing and material defects and to provide satisfactory performance. We will accept the return of a product: that is defective, that was shipped in error or that you wish to exchange (unless the product has been rendered unusable because it has been worn, soiled, laundered or customized). We will promptly replace it, exchange it, credit your account or refund your money, whichever you prefer.  Please use the return form included with your packing slip. All returns & exchanges must be made within 90 days of receipt of order.

SHIPPING & HANDLING
1. Uniform Program- All orders are shipped via UPS Ground. Shipping and handling charges are included in the price of the garment. Your order will be shipped within 72 hours of receipt to your home address.  If no one is usually home to receive packages and UPS does not leave packages at your door, you may consider having the order shipped to a friend or relative who is home during the day.  The BellSouth Uniform Program will not allow VF Solutions to ship to BellSouth work locations.  Normal UPS delivery time in the Southeast region is 3-5 working days.

HOW TO ORDER New Bellsouth-funded employee accounts are required to purchase a basic wardrobe of 6 shirts, 5 bottoms (pants, skirts) and 1 outerwear item when placing the first order.  Sweatshirts and shorts are not considered basic items.  You may select the styles, colors and fabrics you prefer.  Before ordering your uniform items, have someone measure you ( see How to Measure) to insure you select the correct size.

Select the item number for the style, logo requirement, color, fabric and size desired.  Your order will be charged against your allowance account.  Once your allowance is depleted, you may make additional purchases with a money order or your personal credit card (American Express, Discover, MasterCard, Visa). 

Product Flammability: Garments contained on this website have normal flammability and do not provide protection from ignition sources, molten substances or chemical exposures. Special flame resistant garments can be made available if required.

VF Corporation, VF Workwear and VF Solutions respect your privacy. VF Solutions collects on this Web site only the customer information needed to facilitate and improve our service to our customers. We do not share, trade or sell your information to anyone outside of VF Corporation at any time for any reason. Following is how we use the information we request.

Placing Orders

To order online from VF Solutions, you provide your name, business name, mailing address, telephone number, e-mail address and necessary billing information. This information is collected for the following reasons: (I) personal identification, (ii) to allow us to ship orders to you, (iii) to allow us to contact you regarding your order status. Current VF Solutions customers enter a unique login ID and password. This allows us to help you more efficiently.

The VF Solutions shopping site employs "email encryption". Our email encryption software encrypts all personal information, ensuring that your information remains private and protected.

Information Security

All shopper and order information is held in a secured VF Corporation e-commerce database. Especially sensitive information, such as credit card information, is encrypted within the database for added protection.

Use of Cookies

"Cookies" are small pieces of information that are stored by your browser on your computer's hard drive. We do not set cookies unless the users elect the "autologin" option. ASP (a programming tool used to display dynamic content) uses a temporary cookie to save persistent information on a per-session basis. These temporary cookies are discarded as soon as the user closes the browser. This is a common way of saving persistent data in a Web application. We do not presently use cookies to track shoppers across multiple visits.

Use of IP Addresses

IP addresses are saved in the Web server's site log to help us diagnose server problems and to understand site user activity. We do not share this information outside of VF Corporation.

As we have for more than 100 years, we remain dedicated to offering the variety of styles and colors needed to create a unique uniform program for your company.

Guarantee Details

Under the Fair Credit Billing Act, your bank cannot hold you liable for more than $50.00 of fraudulent charges. If your bank does hold you liable for any of this $50.00, VF Solutions will cover the entire liability for you, up to the full $50.00. VF Solutions will cover this liability only if the unauthorized use of your credit card or payment information resulted through no fault of your own from purchases made at VF Solutions while using the secure server. In the event of unauthorized use of your credit card, you must notify your credit card provider in accordance with its reporting rules and procedures.

Accepted Methods Of Payment

You can charge your purchase using AMERICAN EXPRESS, MASTERCARD, DISCOVER or VISA. (Discover not available in Canada). Charges to your credit card are not processed until an item is shipped. Credits for returns are processed upon receipt of your parcel.

Sales Tax Policy

We are required to charge tax in states where we are headquartered or operate manufacturing plants and distribution centers. Currently we are required to apply tax and shipping & handling charges.

In the United States:
Add appropriate Sales Tax for the following states: AL, AR, AZ, CA, CO, FL, GA, ID, IA, IL, IN, KS, KY, LA, MD, MI, MN, MO, MS, NE, NH, OH, OK, TN, TX, UT, VA, WA, WV, WI, WY.
Must include shipping and handling charges in the taxable amount in the following states: AL, AR, AZ, CA, CO, CT, D.C., FL, GA, HI, ID, IL, IN, IA, KS, KY, LA, ME, MD, MA, MI, MN, MO, MS, NE, NV, NM, NY, NC, ND, OH, OK, RI, SC, SD, TN, TX, UT, VA, WV, WI, WY.

In Canada:
Please add GST tax of 7% in the following provinces: AB, BC, Mb, NT, ON, PE, PQ, SK, YT, (GDST Reg. No. R-1271 39913).
In addition to PST tax, PST tax of 8% must be added in ON.

In lieu of the GST and PST tax, HST tax of 15% must be added in the following provinces: NB, NF, NS.

Please note that the on-screen order totals reflect an estimated tax. The actual charge to your credit card will reflect the applicable state and local taxes and will be calculated when your order is shipped. Your tax total will include the correct sales tax addition (if applicable) and will be reflected on your invoice.

Shipment Tracking

Most orders will be processed within 72 hours and shipped normal ground carrier. You will be billed only for items that have been shipped.
