improve the competitiveness and adaptation of self-employed persons and micro-companies belonging to the 
Atlantic Southwest regions (Spain, France, Ireland, Portugal and United Kingdom),equipping them with the 
necessary infrastructure (physics virtual), computer and pedagogic tools, and technologies adapted to get a

Description: We aims to realize and setup an intelligent geographic tourists assistant mainly oriented to foreign

supports, namely the exchange of tourists among the SME proposers and the required business synergies among

The Welcome Home foundation began as a residence for differently-abled children who needed to attend formal 
education in the public special education centers in the City of Bacolod Negros occidental, Philippines. Through 
the years Welcome Home has branched out its services to meet spiritual, educational and basic needs of the 
handicapped children, and has also defined its scope by working more specifically with Deaf beneficiaries.

The project is aimed at raising the participants' awareness on some historical and cultural values that have been 
unjustly forgotten. It is meant to help the local communities to save some of those monuments and to develop the 
student's sense of belonging to their community and to the larger community of European nations. Through the 
use of the latest IT and means of communications, and by issuing leaflets and web-sites, teenagers from all over 
Europe will cooperate to revive interest in such valuable monuments.
