Konrad Becker-Public Netbase- will give a presentation on the World-Information.org Project. World-Information.Org is an ongoing collaborative project of cultural workers, artists, scientists and technicians, co-ordinated by the Institute for New Culture Technologies/ Public Netbase Vienna. The project aims: - to build a theoretical framework for the arts in the digital domain/ to support artists that develop, create and present the art of things to come and thus future cultural heritage - to scan the global info-structure and identify key players and their strategic interests and establish a publicly accessible knowledge base - to mediate research results and digital artistic practice to a large international audience The presentation will be Live on internet!
