> We are searching for the projects dealing with the issues of living in the digital culture. Most of us are almost constantly surrounded by technology. Profiles, walls, tweets, tags, likes. Everyday we share our pictures and thoughts with our friends online and consume pictures and thoughts of others. We use several apps and gadgets to make our lives more easy or fun. But who else has the access to the information and what do we share alongside with that nice picture on our wall?
>
> Within the residency, we would like to observe the issue of data. We leave the traces with every step in the digital world. By using the social media, online shopping, watching videos or just googling. How can this data be used and analyzed and by whom? Who can control them? We welcome applications from the artists, curators, and researchers working on the topics of privacy, hacking, security, cyber ethics, policy, metadata, data analysis, social media interaction, and flow of the information.
