.
From: Fabrizio.Sestini@ec.europa.eu

The third Internet Science Conference "Openness, Collaboration and Collective Action” (http://internetscienceconference.eu/) is taking place on September 12-14th in Florence. Don't miss this opportunity to submit a multidisciplinary paper on Internet techno-socio-economic aspects. A few days are still remaining – submission deadline has been extended to April 1st.

To identify priorities for future Research and Innovation actions, DG CONNECT has launched a simple Consultation on NextGeneration Internet (https://ec.europa.eu/eusurvey/runner/nextgen-internet). Share with us your vision for the future Internet – and how EU research can help implement it, also in relation to the latest exploratory call ICT12b. Deadline for contributing your strategic views is April 10th.

The 2016 Net Futures event (http://netfutures2016.eu/) will take place in Brussels on April 20-21st – don't miss the Sharing Economy session (http://netfutures2016.eu/programme/sharing-economy/), where research and policy aspects will be discussed, also in relation to current CAPS projects. Feel free to send us in advance your suggestions for topics or the questions you would like to see addressed by the presenters. You are also warmly invited to the pre-conference CAPS workshop taking place on April 20th (from 9:00 to 12:30 a.m. at the Riverside Room, webpage not available yet, please use the registration code NF16-CNCT-E3).

Best wishes from the CAPS team
