SALON ART PRIZE – Call for applications
Deadline for entries 17.00 (GMT), Saturday 7th August, 2010.
Matt Roberts Arts is currently seeking applications for the fourth annual Salon Art Prize (www.salonartprize.com) exhibition which will take place from Thursday 7th October - Saturday 30th October 2010.
This year we expect to exhibit up to 100 artists working in Painting, Drawing, Printmaking, Collage, Sculpture and Installation (including sound) within our 1000sq ft gallery on Vyner Street, in East London.
We will also award one artist the Selectors' Prize supported by John Jones, which consists of £1000 and a solo show at our gallery space in 2011.

This years' selection panel will consist of:
Peter Bonnell (Curator, ArtSway)
Kate MacGarry (Director, Kate MacGarry gallery)
Richard Birkett (Curator, ICA)
The competition is open to university graduates, current students, and untrained professionals.
International applications are welcomed and there is no limit on the age of work submitted.

All Salon Art Prize applicants must be registered as an Associate Members of Matt Roberts Arts. Annual membership costs £8 (GBP) for UK-based artists and £10 (GBP) for those based outside of the UK.
As we are not-for-profit all membership contributions support our ongoing professional development services.
